At Kullid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original protective packaging and presentation box, with all tags and certificates of authenticity still attached.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Any personalised, bespoke, or custom-made jewellery items (as these are made specifically for you)
  • Items that have been damaged due to wear, misuse, or alteration after delivery

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Kullid.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or from clearance cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we have made an error with your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for store credit, please contact us at info@kullid.net.

To return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to: 105 Beauly Street, Riverlea, Johannesburg, 2093.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must first contact us at info@kullid.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please mail your product with the RMA number clearly displayed on the package to: 105 Beauly Street, Riverlea, Johannesburg, 2093.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
